Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost of your physical therapy services.
If you do not have health insurance or choose to pay for services yourself, you may request a Good Faith Estimate before starting care or at any time during treatment.
A Good Faith Estimate explains:
- The expected charges for your physical therapy services
- What services are included in your plan of care
- Any anticipated costs related to your treatment
If your final bill is $400 or more higher than your Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute the bill.
