Curt Hammill received his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Montana in 2016. Prior to this he received a BS in mechanical engineering in 1997 ans an MS in biomedical engineering in 2001 from the Colorado School of Mines. He worked as a biomedical engineer and adaptive ski instructor before studying physical therapy. He pursued physical therapy because he enjoys working one-on-one with people and educating them on the human movement system, enabling them to correct their dysfunctions to reduce pain and improve performance, and empowering them to pursue a healthy lifestyle. Curt has received additional training in orthopedic manual therapy, vestibular/balance, inner core neuromuscular control and strengthening, functional dry needling and orthotics/foot mechanics.
when not working with patients Curt enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, mountain biking, skiing, trail running, reading and playing soccer.
